Our Approach to Retail

LOCO is a young company, officially launched in April 2004 (on Hopkinton Common at the Boston Marathon, no less!). In the beginning we sold our shoes exclusively at races and through our web site. We were brand new and relatively unknown to runners, retail stores, heck, anybody! We’ve grown some since then but our approach to delivering our shoes to runners has not:

Ultimately, we believe the best way to get runners’ feet in our shoes is through a network of high-quality specialty running store retail partners.

Pretty simple, really, but it’s going to take a while to get there. And we will, as our acceptance by runners continues to grow. In fact, we’ve signed up several retail partners already - with many more on the way. In the meantime, we’ll keep spreading the word at races, in print and here on our web site – we’re LOCO and proud of it!
