The Exeter Health and Fitness Expo is a celebration focused on health and fitness. The event involves the opportunity to receive free preventive health checks and screening by the caring professionals from Exeter Hospital and Synergy, along with the opportunity to receive great deals on the latest in running and fitness equipment.

Health Screening Provided

• Demos and Lectures: Sessions scheduled throughout the day focused on health, fitness and exercise, and overall wellness.

• Interactive booths, with screenings for Health and Fitness, Therapy Services, Alternative Medicine, Orthopaedics, Cancer prevention and Skin Health, Cardiac Health and Wellness, as well as Diabetes are scheduled..

Registered Runners and Walkers: Packet Pick-Up
Runners should plan to attend the Expo for early shirt and packet pick-up. We encourage all runners to get their number on Saturday to avoid long lines on race day morning. Lots of great raffle prizes will be awarded to attendees!

All participants may be required to show a proof of identity- Photo ID to pick up their number. Runner's who chose to have another individual pick up their number must provide a copy of ther runners drivers license or photo ID. All runners will need a photo I.D. to be presented at the Expo in order to receive a race packet.
