NEW LOCATION FOR 2012: Join us in 2012 in our new location in Hampton, adjacent to the new site of the Smuttynose Brewing company's new home.
THE NEW COURSE: What's not to like? This 3.1 mile
single-loop course is run exclusively on rural back roads crossing past a small pond, rolling fields of hay, stone walls, apple orchards and to top it off even a covered bri
dge! *
Finish Party: Same as it ever was! After the race, come join us for the celebration featuring a live Rock & Roll Band and crafted beer from Smuttynose! The party for this year only is located just across the street from the site of the Smuttynose Brewing Company home base. (The brewery will not be open at the time of the race but will be in future years.)
NEW Finish Location: The finish is on the back lawn of the QA Technology Company, our gracious hosts for 2012.The famous after race party of course includes your favorite crafted Smuttynose beer and other tasty treats.
Will Run For BEER Race Series Finale: If you are one of the fortunate ones to be in our WRFB Series, this is the last big bash of our season. Be sure to sign up early as this race has closed out in previous years.
* This is the new "old covered bridge." It spans the Taylor River between Hampton and Hampton Falls. The citizens of these communities donated funds, labor and materials to build it. It was opened to pedestrian and bicycle traffic in December 2009.
