Shirt Policy
How it works
Our goal is to provide great race t-shirts to all registered runners and walkers. We carefully calculate the amount of shirts to be printed based on the shirt size listed by pre-registered entrants. We normally order five sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL.
In order to provide custom technical wicking shirts we have to order weeks in advance. So we have to estimate not only how many shirts to order, but how many of each size well in advance of the final count for the race.
First Come First Served
When you pick up your shirt, you may pick from any available size. We do this as a courtesy to our runners and walkers. We find that people often switch to a size that fits them slightly better. With this system we find that most runners and walkers receive a t-shirt they are happy with and want to wear.
What you can do? Arrive Early!
Your best chance to get the size you want is to arrive early. If it's really important that you get a well fitting shirt, please show up at least 1 hour before start time.
