What do you get when you combine a gourmet chef who loves to entertain and a wacky shoe company that loves to put on races? Well it's the second annual Gourmet 5K - the one - the only race followed up with a scrumptious all inclusive meal that will make you loosen up at least one belt loop or more. We know that some runners and walkers come to races just for the food. OK, I admit it, that's me too. Now's your chance to combine a Sunday Dinner with a 5K run. Special awards will be presented to LOCO Race helpers. . . .

1:30 - 2:00 PM - Coed Showers Available (BYOT) Bring your own towel & Partner

1:30 - 2:30 PM - Happy Hour with *Spritzers & Hor’s D’oeurves

Enjoy a wonderful dinner buffet all cooked right here at the Hickory Pond Inn by Chef/Owner Jane Brown Sparks to include:

Warmed Fresh Bread/ butter
Salad Italiana: (Organic mixed greens with grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and Parmesan)

Italian Marinated Roast Pork Tenderloin
w/ Sautéed Red Onions Marsala served with Brown Rice Pilaf and veggie

Baked fish with Shrimp/scallop stuffing and Sautéed Fresh Garden Veggies
